Who We Are

Inner City Law Center (ICLC) is a nonprofit law firm serving Los Angeles County. ICLC provides legal representation and advocacy to homeless and low-income clients focuses on combating slum housing, preventing homelessness, and aiding homeless veterans. ICLC is the only full-time provider of legal services on Skid Row and is widely recognized for its expertise in housing and homelessness issues as well as serving veterans and people living with HIV/AIDS.
