How to Receive Services (Intake)
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. To seek legal advice or representation, please call us one of our offices to speak with legal intake staff. Bilingual staff are available to help you, please inform our receptionists of your preferred language.

When you call, we will conduct a legal intake with you over the phone to learn more about your situation and legal needs. The information you share with us is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties, except with your explicit and written permission. As the caller, you must be the person seeing legal assistance/representation. We will not be able to answer your questions or assist you if you are calling on behalf of someone.

San Francisco Housing Legal Clinic

Who We Are

Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach (APILO) provides legal services primarily for low-income Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders on a sliding scale basis. APILO's main practice areas include Family Law (with a focus on domestic violence), Immigration, Housing (for Homeowners and Tenants), Elder Law, and Human Trafficking.
