Self-represented individuals may seek free assistance with issues related to child and spousal support, custody and visitation, paternity, divorce, property division, domestic violence restraining order, and other family law matters on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Who We Are
The Family Law Facilitator is an attorney available to provide procedural assistance to people who are representing themselves in Family Court. The Family Law Facilitator will not represent you at a court hearing, but can help you prepare your court forms for that hearing or the orders after hearing.
 
Self-represented litigants can take advantage of the free first-come, first-serve walk-in clinics for help with family law or other civil matters. Litigants also can schedule a meeting with the Family Law Facilitator to get assistance with family law matters. 

The Family Law Facilitator is an attorney available to provide procedural assistance to people who are representing themselves in Family Court.
