Corinthian Colleges Lawsuit (Heald, Everest, Wyotech)

Authored By: Office of the Attorney General

The Attorney General’s lawsuit alleges that Corinthian has violated consumer protection and securities laws. For example, Corinthian misrepresented job placement rates to students and investors, advertised for programs that it did not offer, and subjected students to unlawful debt collection practices. The Attorney General filed the lawsuit in October 2013, and the case is still in progress.
