Who We Are
The Self-Help Center provides assistance to all Self-Represented Litigants. There are no eligibility requirements to receive assistance. Our Self-Help Centers provide procedural and legal information to our customers. We cannot give legal advice, and there is no attorney-client relationship. The Self-Help Center Attorneys do not represent litigants in court. The Lamoreaux Justice Center provides assistance to litigants in Family Law cases. We also have computer kiosks where litigants may access forms, public online case information, Westlaw legal research, and complete their forms using I-CAN and EZ-Legalfile Programs.

Vietnamese assistance provided on Tuesdays in the Self-Help Center, 1st Floor
If a court interpreter is available, we will make a request for one in our Center. We also ask customers to bring bilingual friends or relatives, if possible.
