Who We Are

The Tenants' Rights Project helps conserve rental housing, improve its condition, and enforce tenants' rights in existing units. Project IMPACT enforces laws that require planning, funding and development of new affordable housing to achieve balanced and inclusive communities.

125% of federal poverty guidelines, senior or disabled, for individual applicants; majority of group income eligible for groups; or nonprofits representing eligible clients.
